Train More Hybrid is a way to hustle outside the box. We believe in strength. We believe in endurance. But more importantly, we believe in blending the two for optimal health and fitness. 

At TMH you can expect fitness cocktail of running, strength & conditioning and weight lifting.

Training volume in each of these three disciplines will depend on which event you're preparing for, but they'll all serve a purpose in your hybrid fitness journey.
